How do I book a border run or any other service?
Message us in any messenger — WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE — or simply call. Describe your situation in your own words: we’ll confirm which service fits, what documents you need, and the price and date. No forms, no accounts, no waiting on hold.
Can you guarantee that I will be allowed to enter Thailand?
No one can honestly guarantee a border officer’s or a government office’s decision — be careful with anyone who promises that. What we do control: we check your case before you pay, prepare the documents properly and tell you honestly if a service won’t work for your situation.
How do you check the current visa rules?
Before confirming any booking or application, we verify the current rules for your nationality, your entry history and your current status.
How early should I book a border run?
The earlier the better — group trips have a limited number of seats. Contact us and we’ll send the nearest available dates right away.
How many days do I get on a border run?
It depends on your passport. Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan get a 60-day visa exemption, extendable once by 30 days at immigration — 90 days maximum per entry. Belarus is not on the exemption list: it’s a 15-day Visa on Arrival, single entry, applied for and paid at the checkpoint. We confirm which one applies to you before you book.
How often can I do a border run?
Since November 2025, Thai immigration screens repeat visa-free entries at every checkpoint, airports and land borders alike. Entering visa-free more than twice without an explainable reason may get you refused — it’s an officer’s judgment call, not a fixed limit. We’ll tell you honestly if your history makes another run risky.
What is the TDAC and do I need it?
The TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) is the digital replacement of the old paper arrival card — it is not a visa and doesn’t affect your visa status. Every foreigner entering Thailand fills it in online at tdac.immigration.go.th within 3 days before arrival: passport details, travel dates, accommodation. It takes about 5 minutes, it’s free, and the QR code arrives by email right away — you show it at immigration. If you’re travelling with us, we remind you when it’s time to fill it in and help if anything is unclear.
How do I pay?
We confirm the full price and a convenient payment method with you when the booking is confirmed — before you commit to anything. The price we name is the price you pay.
My case is unusual. Can you still help?
Send us the full story. We will review it and tell you plainly whether we can help. Unusual cases are our normal day: expiring passports, non-standard entry histories, mixed-nationality families, tight deadlines — the more honest the picture, the better the plan we can build.
Do you only do visas?

What happens to my documents and personal data?
Your documents are used only for your case and are handled only by the people working on it. If you’d like us to delete your documents after the service is completed — just tell us, and we will. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
What languages do you speak?
English, Thai and Russian — and the site is available in all three. In person we always find a way to understand each other.
